Process

No mystery. No surprises.

Good process is why bespoke doesn't mean chaotic. Four phases, each with visible output — you always know where the project is and what happens next.

Phase 01Week 1

Discovery

We start with a conversation, not a contract. Your brief (built with the project builder or over a call) becomes a sharp scope: what the site must do, who it must convince, what done looks like. You get a fixed quote and a real timeline before anything is designed.

You get

  • Written scope
  • Fixed quote
  • Timeline
  • Content plan

Phase 02Weeks 2–3

Design

Direction first — type, colour, layout language — then high-fidelity screens of the pages that matter. You see the real thing early and often; feedback happens on designs, not on finished code, where changes are cheap.

You get

  • Design direction
  • High-fidelity screens
  • Motion spec
  • Two structured revision rounds

Phase 03Weeks 3–6

Build

Production code from day one, deployed to a private staging link you can open on your phone whenever you like. No big reveal at the end — you watch the site come alive weekly. Performance, accessibility, and SEO are built in, not bolted on.

You get

  • Staging link from week one
  • Weekly progress notes
  • CMS setup & content load
  • Cross-device testing

Phase 04Final week

Launch

Checked, measured, shipped. Domains, analytics, and integrations wired up; a recorded walkthrough of everything you can edit; and a handover pack that means you're never locked in. Post-launch support options if you want a hand after.

You get

  • Launch checklist
  • Analytics & search console
  • Recorded CMS walkthrough
  • Handover pack

Typical timeline

Most projects run four to six weeks from kickoff to launch. Bigger builds take longer; you'll know before we start, not after.
